Christopher Wirth

Christopher Wirth is the Principal Broker of Block Ventures™. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Summa Cum Laude. He has over 10 years of experience as an Executive at a publicly traded REIT operating primarily in the hospitality sector. He was involved in all facets including operations, acquisition/disposition (1031 exchanges), private placements / syndications, revenue management, feasibility studies, and receivership.

He has an extensive background in commercial real estate investment including hospitality, mini storage, multi-family, industrial, retail, office, and vacant land. Christopher was the point of contact for over 2,000 public investors and 1,000 private accredited investors. Through detailed feasibility studies, he successfully restructured and renovated over $82 million in hospitality assets as well as raised over $35 million in private equity through 11 highly successful syndications.

Christopher is especially proud to have built long-lasting relationships working closely with owners, operators, and accredited investors by surpassing expectations. He believes owners and investors seek three main objectives; protect equity, consistent distributions, and long-term capital gain. Parker Page, CCIM

Upon graduating from Pepperdine University with a degree in Business Administration and as a four-year starter for the Pepperdine Men’s Golf Team, Parker began his real estate career as an assistant to the Vice President of USA National Title in Pasadena, California. In the fall of 2016, he returned to his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky to work in commercial real estate brokerage. During his two years of transacting, Parker was able to exceed the criteria for his CCIM designation by facilitating investment sales across multiple asset classes, as well as through the lease up efforts of various office and retail spaces. 

 

In the fall of 2018, Parker shifted his full-time focus to management and began serving as Director of Property Management for his brokerage firm shortly thereafter. Since that time, he has overseen projects ranging from the multi-year receivership of a regional shopping center to the buildout and onboarding of a new VA medical facility. In addition to his work in the commercial sector, Parker is also serving in a property management and advisory role on multiple Class A, residential developments in the Greater Louisville Area. In 2021, Parker’s ongoing efforts to add value for his clients was recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) when he was named to their annual “30 Under 30” list. 

 

In 2023, he began providing his property management and leasing services under Paradise Cove Realty, LLC, of which he is the Principal Broker and sole owner. Parker credits his athletic background and the lessons learned therein for his accountability to outcomes and his ability to embrace any challenges which precede them.
