Unlocking Direct Tax Benefits with VCG
Our investors share the same goal and challenge; to invest in profitable real estate and increase diversification – which requires specialized real estate experience, industry connections, time to manage portfolio, large upfront capital, and reliance/strain on credit.
VCG streamlines investing in commercial real estate – while allowing investors to maintain direct ownership rights and direct tax benefits.
At any given time, VCG is vetting and/or negotiating 3-5 commercial real estate investments for feasibility to determine if they meet our investment criteria. Proper timing and acquisition price are essential to any successful real estate investment.
Due to this factor, we do not have scheduled investment availability and recommend subscribing to our physical and electronic newsletter for investment opportunities.
Once VCG finalizes an investment opportunity, the process is as follows:

Track
Distributions and/or project updates sent quarterly

Complete paperwork in return envelope

Our investors enjoy the tax benefits of an active real estate investment by voting on major decisions such as sale or refinance or the property, without any required time commitment. K-1s are provided annually for tax preparation, allowing investors to participate in the benefits of non-cash depreciation. Depending on the investment, distributions are typically sent quarterly to investors.
