Our formal syndications typically range from 20 to 80 accredited investor partners with full Offering Memorandum provided.
Our smaller and more informal Joint Venture projects range from 4 to 8 partners. These projects are typically driven by specific user or investor criteria. We assist with site/investment selection, due diligence, acquisition, property management, and if applicable, disposition with 1031 exchange.
